LIN TABLE LAMP
Our Lin Lighting Collection is inspired by environmental artist Maya Lin's 2001 work, Ecliptic, in which the location of stars are envisioned as points of light embedded in a concrete floor.
Taking cues from the night sky in abstraction—and paying homage to traditional punched tin lighting from our Texas upbringing— the Lin Table Lamp creates a starry-night effect by illuminating light through a hand-punched metal form. Designed with built-in versatility, a trio of switches allow for it to be lit at the top, bottom, or both.
Each Lin Table Lamp is hand-punched by an independent lighting shop in Austin, TX that has been crafting metal lighting for over 30 years.
